Registration Fees
The registration fee includes the access to the scientific sessions and all meals at the conference venue (symposium dinner, lunch, coffee breaks, social event with drinks & snacks).

Payment
After registration an invoice will be created and sent by e-mail with the bank or payment details. As this is a manual process, it may take some time. Thus, do not expect an immediate response.
Registration Close
Registrations for the conference will close on August 1st, 2025.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation fee is 50 EUR until August 8th, 2025.
From August 8th, 2025 on, no refund is possible.
Submission information
The button on the right will take you to the registration page. When registering, you can choose between two presentation options:
(1) Poster
(2) Considered for talk
Abstracts submitted under option (2) “Considered for talk” will undergo a review process, and a subset will be selected for oral presentations according to available time slots in the conference program. Those abstracts which are not selected for talks may still be presented as posters.
Submitted abstracts will be considered for the SMLMS and, if registered, also for the youngSMLMS. If you would like to present a different topic at youngSMLMS than at SMLMS, please contact us.
